As with all Handcrafted Pottery there may be very slight variations in glaze or size. Normal shipping time, if we have the item in stock, is 48 hours. UPS
requires 2-6 days delivery depending on distance. Since all pieces are handcrafted by small studios, some require longer delivery as they are made to order. This can be discussed when the order is placed.

Shipping inside Georgia add 6% Sales Tax.

Returns
|

|
|
Items can be returned within 15 days if not used or damaged. They must be packed carefully in the original box, in order to arrive safely in excellent
condition. This excludes any custom items. Shipping charges are not refundable. There will be a 5% restocking fee on all returns only. You must call to confirm before shipping.

Damage Claim Information

If the item you received was damaged by UPS you must keep all boxes and packing material as UPS may want to pick this up. Call Rainblue Gallery to make a
damage claim. We will need the eighteen digit tracking number (located above the bar code) found on the outside of the box. We will also need a description of the contents. You must follow these
instructions in order to have the broken item replaced. Claim must be made within 15 days.
